Terms And Conditions

	TotalOnlineConsultants will provide an itemized proposal for the client's signature before beginning the project.
	Whenever possible, TotalOnlineConsultants will provide a sample for the client to view before beginning the project.
	Work is billed in 30-minute increments.
	A non-refundable deposit is required before beginning any project. All deposits will be adjusted to the total project cost.
	You are to notify us via email before submitting the deposit.
	You must have an ISP and an email address. If you already have a Web site or have seen one that you like, let us know and we will try to integrate your requests into your site.
	One-time projects are subject to full costs while ongoing projects will be discounted and invoiced on a monthly basis.
	Rates are subject to change without notice.
	Payment is due in full prior to delivery of finished project, unless prior arrangements have been made.
	There will be a full refund of payment if notified within 24 hours of problem with services rendered; There will be a $45.00 service fee for any returned checks.
	Accepted forms of payment are check, money order and PayPal (credit card transfers).
	Client is responsible for all shipping & handling costs.
	Express shipping is available for an additional actual cost.
	Client will provide all content, outlines, product images, etc. for project.
	Client will set project deadlines in agreement with us.
	Client can choose paper style/design for the project.
	TotalOnlineConsultants will provide completed file on diskette for data entry projects.
	TotalOnlineConsultants will provide one printout for word processing projects. Copies will require an additional charge.
	All desktop publishing projects have a minimum order requirement.
	Final proofing is the responsibility of the client.
	Both parties must be in agreement regarding all project charges and deadlines.
